Synopsis:

ALLIE and her deaf son FINN live in an apartment in a big city. ALLIE takes on a renter RONAN who is a visiting artist. ALLIE finds out that her father is marrying a woman younger than she is. ALLIE and her mother decide to one up her father by finding each other impressive dates for the wedding. FINN and RONAN begin getting along and starts to flip ALLIES peaceful world upside down. ALLIE starts to fall in love with RONAN and tries to fight her feeling for her him but ultimately kicks him out because RONAN also fell in love with her and everything just became more complicated. RONAN shows up at ALLIE’s father’s wedding and surprises her and FINN. They reconcile and RONAN stay with ALLLIE.

DAY 1 - October 18, 2022 - 5 hours -(PAID)

This is important as we need to sell the concept of a seedy dive bar, creating a comedic moment in this scene where Allie feels out of place when she is stood up by her blind date. Some time later, Ronan shows up and the bar patrons become friendly with Ronan, softening up the atmosphere for Allie.

1 x waitress, 2 x bartenders, 6 x bar patrons - rough looking

• Dive Bar - Marietta

  • 1 barkeep/bar staff - rough looking, looks like they work at a seedy bar

  • TBD rough looking patrons (to be provided by venue)
    

DAY 2 - October 19. 2022 - 10 hours (PAID+Meals)

(bg park pedestrians, jogger passing by, etc.) Allie and Ronan are spending some alone time together. Fred will be with his flowers, waiting for Allie. In this one, we’d need a bg extra or two, to walk past so the park doesn’t feel completely empty.

  • 8 park walkers

  • 1 jogger

  • 1 dancing lady (featured BG) - dances to music with lead - Ronan

DAY 3 - October 20, 2022 - 10 hours (PAID+Meals)

Tony’s Cart - we may want a bg or two to wait & pick up coffee as Allie and Ronan arrives. Street musician scene at the Park - we’ll need a small crowd of bg, listening to the music. This is where Ronan urges Allie to dance and she declines. Ronan, grabs an old lady’s hand and dances with her. (We’ll need a bg old lady with some dancing skills for this scene)

• Park - Dunwoody/Sandy Springs

  • 8 park walkers

  • 1 jogger

  • 1 street musician (featured BG) - to be played by Justin

DAY 4 - October 21, 2022 - 5 hours

Allie’s restaurant - We will need to fill the dining area with bg restaurant patrons at different spots throughout the place. Romano’s Italian restaurant - fortunately for us, the location is small so we may need around 2- 4 patrons sitting in booths and a waiter to serve drinks to Allie, Fred, Lillian, and Jonny Z.

• Fancy Restaurant - Dunwoody/Sandy Springs

  • 5 diners

DAY 5 - October 24, 2022 - 10 Hours (PAID+Meals)

Day #5 (and #6) Wedding reception. (We will need plenty of bg wedding guests, servers, and DJ at the reception to create the image of a good sized wedding reception event.)

• Wedding Ceremony/Reception - Newnan

  • 30 Guests

  • 2 waiters

  • David (Featured BG) - Father of FINN

  • Rebecca (Featured BG) - GF of David

  • 1 Bartender

DAY 6 - October 25, 2022 - 10 hours (PAID+Meals)

Wedding reception. (We will need plenty of bg wedding guests, servers, and DJ at the reception to create the image of a good sized wedding reception event.)

• Receptions/Restaurants - Newnan

  • 8 patrons

  • 1 waiter (Same bg should be on Day #7)

  • 1 ASL Interpreter - Will be present for FINN (Featured BG) - not paid as BG

DAY 7 - October 26, 2022 - 10 hours (PAID+Meal)

Hotel/Bar - Allie and Harry will be at a bar. 2-3 bg patrons may work, plus a bg bartender? (Same bg should be on Day ( Day 6 & 7)

• Bar/Restaurants - Newnan

DAY 8 - October 27, 2022 - 10 hours (PAID+Meal)

New York street (handful of bg pedestrians and bg people random stuff on the street such as talking on phone, reading a newspaper/magazine, couple making out, etc.)

• City Streets - Newnan, GA

  • 10 people walking in the street

DAY 9 - October 28, 2022 - 5 hours

• Wine Bar - Sandy Springs/Dunwoody

  • 10 patrons

  • 1 Hunky Bartender (featured)

Day 11 - November 1, 2022 - 5 Hours

• Allie's Apartment - Sandy Springs/Dunwoody

  • David (Featured BG) - Father of FINN

  • Rebecca (Featured BG) - GF of David
